Flashduty is the SaaS incident response platform from Flashcat. It aggregates alerts and cuts noise, notifies the on-call responder by schedule, lets teams handle incidents in IM and the mobile app, and uses AI SRE to speed up investigation.

Beijing Flashcat Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Beijing. Besides Flashduty, the company builds the Flashcat full-stack observability platform, which can be deployed on-premises.
