Which plan should we choose?

Start with Free if you are validating your incident workflow. Choose Standard when you need unlimited alert delivery and team on-call operations. Choose Professional for AIOps, advanced integrations, custom fields, war rooms, and postmortems. Choose Private Deployment when data residency, internal integrations, or network isolation are required.

Can we try Professional before paying?

Yes. New workspaces get a 14-day Professional trial, so your team can test advanced response workflows before choosing a paid plan. You can request an extension if you need more time.

What happens if we exceed plan limits?

We will guide you to the right upgrade path before limits become a blocker. Core incident response workflows are designed to remain predictable, and our team can help larger teams move to Professional or Private Deployment.
