    1. Label enrichment: derive labels from extraction, composition, and CMDB links to enrich alert detail.
    2. IM: refreshed card layout and Microsoft Teams integration.
    3. Incident list: default to assigned to me, customizable columns, and faster search.
    4. Channels: sort and favorite for quicker navigation.
    5. Dispatch: assign to multiple schedules, teams, and people at once—try it under Channel settings → Dispatch policy.
    6. Integrations: Alibaba Cloud Monitor – event monitoring—enable it in the integration center.
