1. Snooze is now available after Acknowledge in the workflow.
2. You can snooze multiple times; each snooze extends the window.
3. Cancel snooze was removed—snooze ends automatically when it expires.
4. When a snooze expires, the incident is re-dispatched to the current escalation step.
