    Improvements

    We refined the IM experience end to end:

    1. Send direct messages to Slack members.
    2. Choose whether dispatch should @ assignees in policies.
    3. Feishu, DingTalk, and other cards show the latest actions on an incident.
    4. Pick which action types sync to IM.
    5. Reply in Feishu threads for new action events.
    6. Loop notifications now create new messages so updates trigger push notifications, not only card edits.

    1. Label enrichment: derive labels from extraction, composition, and CMDB links to enrich alert detail.

    4. Channels: sort and favorite for quicker navigation.
    5. Dispatch: assign to multiple schedules, teams, and people at once—try it under Channel settings → Dispatch policy.
    6. Integrations: Alibaba Cloud Monitor – event monitoring—enable it in the integration center.
